About
Oregon Chiropractic Center
Dr.
Thomas F. Miller graduated from Willamette University
with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1964. He entered Western
States Chiropractic College in 1972 and graduated
in 1976. He has maintained a private practice since
that time. In the course of the last three plus decades, Dr.
Miller has taken numerous post graduate courses, keeping
up to date on the latest Chiropractic research and
technology.
Dr.
Miller is one of approximately 2500 “Proficiency Rated”
doctors world wide using Activator Methods Chiropractic
Technique (AMCT). AMCT was developed in the late 1960's
and has evolved as a method of adjusting the joints
of the body with a hand held instrument that delivers
a consistent low force, high speed adjustment without
pain or discomfort to the patient. Because of it’s
speed and accuracy, activator adjustments are suitable
for all types and ages of patients.
Dr.
Miller and his family moved to Lake Oswego in 1996
where they enjoy boating and water sports. In December
of 2000 he moved his practice to Lake Oswego from
Beaverton where he had been in practice for 24 years.
His wife Kevin was a teacher for the Beaverton School
district. The last of their five children, Mitchell is teaching English in China. Matthew graduated from
the University of Oregon and is busy taking State licensing tests to become an architect, while David is attempting
to break into the acting business. The two oldest,
Dan and Joanne, are both Doctors of Chiropractic.
